I'm a rookie programmer/web designer/CSR expert with three years of experience assisting customers of telecommunications and SaaS companies. I have exceptional multitasking abilities, using several software programs while conversing with customers via chat or the phone at the same time without compromising the level of customer care. I have a bachelor's degree in information technology, therefore I also work on side projects like logo and brand design, self-portfolio, landing page, video editing, and other forms of digital art. I'm open to possibilities to learn more about the fields of web design, UI/UX design, and cinematography.
